Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or fitness-related fields
  • Passionate about fitness and people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fitness or customer service roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of gym equipment and safety protocols
  • Certification in CPR and first aid is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Provide guidance and instruction on proper use of gym equipment and facilities
  • Promote and support fitness programs and services to enhance member experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the gym
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating environment
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and resolve issues effectively
