Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or fitness-related fields
- Passionate about fitness and people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fitness or customer service roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment and safety protocols
- Certification in CPR and first aid is an advantage
Job Duties
- Greet and assist members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper use of gym equipment and facilities
- Promote and support fitness programs and services to enhance member experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the gym
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating environment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and resolve issues effectively
