Job Duties
- Support the Restaurant General Manager by managing work shifts and completing administrative duties
- Provide leadership in the absence of the General Manager to ensure restaurant operates according to Taco Bell standards
- Oversee Team Members, Trainers, and Shift Leads to ensure completion of assigned duties and quality food service
- Assist in facility maintenance, hiring, and team member development
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures
