Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant manager experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • results-driven, trustworthy and team-oriented
  • ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
  • must be passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest and employee experiences
  • must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • proven knowledge and results with growing a team and cultivating talent
  • pre-employment screening required post offer including but not limited to drug tests, criminal background checks, and verifiable employment references

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant manager experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar

  • proven ability to grow a team and cultivate talent
  • strong business acumen with knowledge of managing a multi-million-dollar restaurant business

Job Duties

  • Coaches teammates and managers on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
  • coaches teammates and managers on anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues impacting the guest experience
  • positively interacts and visits with guests and solicits feedback
  • handles and follows up on guest concerns and escalates when necessary
  • ensures quality of restaurant facilities by coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • models standards and expected behaviors for restaurant managers and teammates
  • writes schedules for staff and assists GM in manager schedules
