Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and develop a team effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in a food service environment
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service, and courtesy to enhance guest and crew experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant
  • Partner with the General Manager to create a positive and engaging workplace culture
  • Support and develop team members through clear training paths and ongoing development
  • Manage daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Execute company policies and procedures effectively to meet performance goals
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
