Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to deliver exceptional customer service

- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Utilize knowledge of positional skills, customer service, and courtesy to enhance guest and crew experiences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant
- Partner with the General Manager to create a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Support and develop team members through clear training paths and ongoing development
- Manage daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Execute company policies and procedures effectively to meet performance goals
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
