  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • college degree preferred or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Conduct 100% table visits to model hospitality skills and behaviors
  • handle guest complaints effectively
  • assist with marketing techniques and guest attraction research
  • build positive professional relationships with community members
  • assist with staffing needs including reviewing applications, interviewing, and training
  • plan and lead shift meetings and gather feedback from team members
  • provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to hourly team members
  • submit and document all guest and employee injuries and incidents
  • communicate employee relation issues to Human Resources
  • manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals including labor and cost controls
  • complete administrative manager functions and transactions
  • ensure compliance with SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards
  • ensure PCI compliance for credit card transactions
  • conduct daily time punch audits and corrections
  • assist with rollout of new company programs and policies
  • oversee proper unloading and rotation of inventory
  • maintain cost of sales targets
  • exercise managerial authority over managers and hourly team members
  • handle cash operations and bank deposits
  • report facility concerns to Director of Operations
  • maintain vendor and supplier relationships
  • analyze sales data to meet revenue and cost goals
  • enforce safety and security policies
  • monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation
  • perform other duties as assigned
