The Apprenticeship role at Chipotle is tailored for individuals eager to develop and grow into General Managers. Apprentices play a critical role in assisting with daily restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and managing staff while maintaining excellent guest service standards. This position offers a hands-on learning environment to understand all facets of restaurant management, from running day-to-day operations such as scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing, to ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards.

This role requires a dynamic individual who is guest-obsessed, enthusiastic about people development, and prepared to lead others in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Apprentices will work approximately 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, while engaging in physical activities like standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and tasting and preparing food.
