- Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience required
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must submit to a background check

Job Duties
- Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the business plan
- Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork through training, communication, and relationship building
- Hire and oversee a team of employees delivering exceptional guest service
- Ensure adherence to all state and Federal labor and health laws
- Uphold the policies and standards of performance and conduct set by the company and the Dunkin brand
- Conduct professional interactions with customers, team members, and corporate management
- Manage financial performance and resolve operational challenges
