HAZA Foods of Northeast, LLC is currently seeking Restaurant Assistant General Managers (AGMs) with at least one year of experience in fast food or restaurant management to join its dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the General Manager by assisting in the management of daily operations of one of the company’s very successful, high-volume Wendy's locations. The Assistant General Manager plays a key part in driving operational standards, financial oversight, and team leadership to ensure that the restaurant delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, recruiting and training new employees, and upholding health and safety standards. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain strict financial controls and support a positive, family-friendly atmosphere. This position requires someone who is customer service focused, goal-oriented, and capable of leading a diverse team with excellent problem-solving skills.
