We are actively seeking motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Managers to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a minimum of one year of Assistant General Manager experience in fast food or similar restaurant concepts who are eager to take on a leadership role in daily restaurant operations. As an Assistant General Manager, you will work closely under the guidance of the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant functionality, excellent customer service, and strong team performance. The Assistant General Manager will contribute to all aspects of restaurant operations including overseeing daily activities, managing financial controls, employee scheduling, hiring and training staff, and maintaining health and safety compliance. Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year assistant manager experience
  • flexibility to work 50 to 55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
