We are actively seeking motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Managers to join our dynamic team. The Assistant General Manager will contribute to all aspects of restaurant operations including overseeing daily activities, managing financial controls, employee scheduling, hiring and training staff, and maintaining health and safety compliance. In addition, flexibility is essential as the position requires working 50 to 55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with restaurant closures only on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
