The role of Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) at HAZA Foods involves assisting in managing the daily operations of one of the company's very successful and high-volume fast-food restaurants. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year assistant manager experience in fast food or restaurant concepts
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week with rotating shifts
  • valid driver’s license in good standing
  • access to private transportation
  • consent to background screening
  • able to walk and stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
