Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and directing crew and manager work

- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff are trained and organizing key service areas
- Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
