Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and directing crew and manager work
  • Supervise kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, cost, and new menu implementation
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff are trained and organizing key service areas
  • Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results
  • Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Manage people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
  • Lead internal functions such as employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Maintain high levels of guest and employee safety standards
