This Louisville property is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their operations leadership team in a full-time capacity. The Assistant General Manager will be an integral leader within the hotel’s leadership team, responsible for overseeing all departments and ensuring the delivery of superior guest experiences. Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Genuine passion to serve others and exceed guest expectations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in hotel management preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
