This Louisville property is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their operations leadership team in a full-time capacity. Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Genuine passion to serve others and exceed guest expectations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in hotel management preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
