Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years supervisory or management experience in a restaurant
  • ability to work a 50-hour work week
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work independently and with discretion
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • leadership skills to supervise, train and motivate personnel
  • 2-3 years supervisory or management experience in a restaurant
  • familiarity with FOH and BOH/kitchen management
  • ability to work independently and with discretion
  • strong written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant FOH and BOH
  • assist the General Manager in leading the restaurant management team
  • instruct, train, coach and develop the restaurant team
  • assist in recruiting and hiring of hourly employees
  • ensure appropriate staffing to maximize customer service and sales
  • maximize sales and profits within the restaurant
  • responsible for cash controls and enforcement of company policies
  • prepare and execute marketing, merchandising, sales and promotional efforts
  • assure safety and security procedures are followed
  • resolve customer complaints and train team in resolving issues
