We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in supporting our General Manager by overseeing daily operational duties and fostering an engaged and efficient team environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of management experience within the fast-casual restaurant industry, demonstrating a firm grasp of restaurant operations and team leadership. Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry
Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Duties

Assist General Manager in managing and motivating a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
Support General Manager in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported
Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures
Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
