Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in managing and motivating a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Support General Manager in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
