Diced is currently hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with at least two years of management experience in the fast-casual restaurant industry. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in leading and motivating the team and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory management, sales analysis, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Beyond operational duties, the Assistant Manager helps cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and supported.
