Job Qualifications
- college degree or equivalent hotel experience
- prior experience in hospitality management preferred
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficient in English
- knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
Job Duties
- assist the general manager in overseeing hotel operations
- manage daily staff activities across departments
- support budget management and financial oversight
- resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
- report directly to the general manager
- foster team performance and operational excellence
- maintain compliance with company policies and standards
