Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience including profit and loss responsibility
- ServSafe certified
- Basic business math skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with learning new technology
Job Duties
- Provide a great employee experience
- Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence
- Recognize and motivate team members
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling success routines
- Maintain high food and health safety standards
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence
- Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance and providing feedback
- Address employee relations issues and resolve or escalate as necessary
- Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- Assist with profit and loss management including cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor management
