Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience as Assistant General Manager or three years in a related role
- Ability to communicate effectively through email
- Proficient in manipulating and analyzing data through spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with hotel information systems
- Must be comfortable executing accounts receivable and payable duties
- Familiarity with HR processes and staff management
- Capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong strategic planning and hands-on operational abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience or three years of related experience with a high school diploma
- Proficiency in hotel information systems
- Strong computer skills including email communication and data management
- Experience with Opera and M3 systems preferred
- Solid operations management experience within Select Service or Extended Stay properties preferred
- Proven leadership skills in a hotel environment
