Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment companies. With over 360 locations throughout North America, the company delivers unique experiential entertainment including bowling, arcade games, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. Lucky Strike Entertainment is also proud to own the Professional Bowlers Association, the major league of bowling, which serves millions of fans globally. This dynamic entertainment brand is known for its lively atmosphere, engaging social events, and exceptional guest experiences. It thrives on innovation and community, blending fun and recreation to provide customers with memorable visits.

The Assistant General Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an active and dynamic position ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments. This role involves a hands-on approach, requiring you to stay on your feet, coordinate multiple team members, and solve problems in real time, ensuring smooth daily operations of the center. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical leadership role, guiding staff, managing floor operations, and assuming full operational responsibility during the General Manager’s absence. Your efforts directly contribute to creating a fun, welcoming environment where guests enjoy not only bowling but also arcade games, parties, and delicious food and beverages.

This is far from your typical job—Lucky Strike offers a vibrant workplace where the happiness and satisfaction of guests are top priorities. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum, including financial oversight, labor cost management, team recruitment and development, service quality improvements, and food and beverage program expansion. You will work closely with the General Manager to set and achieve financial goals for the center, monitor performance metrics, and maintain high standards across all departments. Your leadership will foster a positive culture of teamwork, morale, and development, ensuring that every staff member has the opportunity to grow and succeed.

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a competitive pay range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually for this position, alongside performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits may include healthcare coverage and other perks aimed at supporting employee well-being. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary to meet the needs of the center and its customers.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a passion for exceptional customer service and team leadership. You will be at the heart of an energetic entertainment environment where you can apply your skills in business operations, financial management, problem-solving, and team development. If you have a strong background in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service management and excel in communication, decision-making, and people development, this role offers a rewarding career path within a fun and fast-growing company.
