The role of Restaurant Manager at Cheba Hut is a full-time position essential to continuing the company’s legacy of excellence in hospitality and operational performance. The manager is expected to be a high-energy, motivated individual who is ready to lead a team by example and uphold the brand's core values every day. This position requires a blend of strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and operational expertise to coach staff, manage daily restaurant and bar operations, and drive sales while controlling costs. It is a hands-on role that demands flexibility, as the manager must be able to operate various areas within the restaurant, including using the Point of Sale system and managing cash registers. Physical demands include bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday, as well as lifting up to 30 pounds on occasion.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- full availability including day and night shifts
- ability to work in all restaurant areas and operate point of sale system/cash register
- physical stamina to bend, stand, walk throughout the shift
- ability to lift frequently up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years restaurant experience as a salaried manager
- understanding of financials (kpi's)
- full availability
- ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and operate point of sale system/cash register
- physical ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- be awesome everyday - show up and own it

- oversee daily line operations and bar operations

- complete training at designated training location including time as a rotating bench strength manager in the district
