This role is situated at the property located at 160 State Farm Parkway, Birmingham, Alabama, and is part of Drury Hotels’ Operations Leadership team. This leadership position is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality who want to take charge of multiple departments within the hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service. Serving in this role means directly influencing the guest experience and the successful operation of the hotel. You will be responsible for setting high standards, training and mentoring team members, and driving key business metrics such as quality, profitability, and team performance. Job Requirements

  • Passion to serve others and exceed our guests' expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Hotel experience preferred
