Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of various cuisines and culinary practices
- Familiarity with wine and beverage inventory management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage front and back of house employees in coordination with the General Manager
- Oversee restaurant upkeep and ensure patron and staff well-being
- Maintain financial records and assist with invoice processing
- Manage wine and liquor inventory and ordering with the General Manager
- Account for daily receipts and bank deposits in General Manager’s absence
- Monitor expenses and adhere to company guidelines
- Assist with sales forecasting and staff scheduling
- Promote the restaurant to attract business
- Maintain presence in dining and kitchen areas
- Recommend improvements to company operations
- Engage in restaurant marketing efforts
- Order supplies, check deliveries, and control costs
- Assist Beverage Manager with beverage product organization
- Perform duties of serving staff to train employees in proper protocol
