Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- must pass background and credit checks
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must possess manager’s Food Safety Certificate
- must have flexible schedule aligning with GM scheduling guidelines
- must be able to lift 15 to 20 pounds
- must have working knowledge of computers
- must be able to assist in training and hiring
- must agree to company policies
- bilingual preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- managers Food Safety Certificate
- previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience with inventory management and scheduling
- working knowledge of computers
- ability to manage cash handling and deposits
- knowledge of food safety standards
- valid driver’s license
- bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations with a focus on guest experience
- control labor costs and minimize food waste
- ensure recipe accuracy and proper speed of service
- maintain cleanliness and productivity throughout shifts
- write schedules to meet labor expectations and ensure great guest experiences
- coordinate training with Certified Trainers and assist with training validations
- assist with interviewing and hiring by conducting first interviews and providing candidate feedback
- handle cash deposits, drawer counts and petty cash purchases
- manage inventory and ordering by understanding pars and maintaining accurate counts
- monitor food, labor and supply costs to keep margins within budget
- develop knowledge of unit operations including repair and maintenance, budgeting, goal setting, personnel development and P&L management
