Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Company operating systems and procedures
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures related to job responsibilities
- Knowledge of supervisory practices
- Knowledge of crew orientation and training programs
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak before groups
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in multiple forms
- Must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe Certified
Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Must be Serve-Safe Certified
- Must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant
- Execute all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Participate in the achievement of store objectives while following all Company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Oversee crew orientation and training programs
- Monitor and manage restaurant performance metrics
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
