Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management or assistant management
- Strong understanding of labor and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment

Job Duties
- Lead by example to support the General Manager
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards
- Manage labor effectively and create schedules that meet business needs
- Oversee inventory counts and manage proper stock rotation
- Submit invoices and manage cost of goods sold
- Participate actively in team communication
- Handle hiring processes including interviewing and employee training
