Job Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management or assistant management
  • Strong understanding of labor and inventory management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor and cost of goods management
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering
  • Excellent communication and team development skills
  • Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures
  • Capable of managing hiring and training processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire others

Job Duties

  • Lead by example to support the General Manager
  • Train and develop staff to maintain high standards
  • Manage labor effectively and create schedules that meet business needs
  • Oversee inventory counts and manage proper stock rotation
  • Submit invoices and manage cost of goods sold
  • Participate actively in team communication
  • Handle hiring processes including interviewing and employee training
