Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager in managing and motivating a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Support General Manager in creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported
  • Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met and maintained
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all company policies and procedures
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
