Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum five years of related experience in hospitality or service industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
- Proficient in property management systems and financial reporting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
- Valid licenses and permits as required by local and federal agencies
- Commitment to upholding company culture and brand standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations including rooms, food and beverage, and spa services
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue strategies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain calm and effectively lead during peak activity and emergencies
- Familiarity with OSHA and MSDS regulations
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to hospitality excellence
Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates ensuring they perform according to brand and hotel standards
- Oversee hotel departments to provide optimal service and hospitality
- Manage property accounting including accounts payable and receivable, house bank audits, petty cash and tax compliance
- Conduct daily property inspections monitoring cost control, cleanliness, and asset quality
- Collaborate with sales staff to implement strategies improving occupancy and revenue
- Act as General Manager in their absence
- Ensure compliance with licensing, brand procedures, personnel records, and safety protocols
