Job Duties
- Display exemplary and professional attitude and appearance
- listen and communicate effectively with management, Shift Leaders, Squad Members, vendors, and community
- conduct management and staff meetings
- follow General Manager's direction and accomplish objectives
- review objectives with Shift Leaders and Squad Members
- delegate tasks and responsibilities
- resolve Squad Member complaints, questions, or concerns
- recruit, interview, select, and hire quality Squad Members
- conduct orientation and train Shift Leaders and Squad Members
- provide performance management through coaching, counseling, and employment decisions
- adjust work schedules and hours of Shift Leaders and Squad Members
- oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, and sanitation standards
- manage and supervise Shift Leaders and Squad Members
- assign and direct daily work responsibilities
- order inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels
- reconcile cash registers at shift open and close
- maintain records per company policies and legal requirements
- ensure staff compliance with company policies and laws regarding safety and food handling
- operate the business safely
