Job Duties

  • Display exemplary and professional attitude and appearance
  • listen and communicate effectively with management, Shift Leaders, Squad Members, vendors, and community
  • conduct management and staff meetings
  • follow General Manager's direction and accomplish objectives
  • review objectives with Shift Leaders and Squad Members
  • delegate tasks and responsibilities
  • resolve Squad Member complaints, questions, or concerns
  • recruit, interview, select, and hire quality Squad Members
  • conduct orientation and train Shift Leaders and Squad Members
  • provide performance management through coaching, counseling, and employment decisions
  • adjust work schedules and hours of Shift Leaders and Squad Members
  • oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, and sanitation standards
  • manage and supervise Shift Leaders and Squad Members
  • assign and direct daily work responsibilities
  • order inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels
  • reconcile cash registers at shift open and close
  • maintain records per company policies and legal requirements
  • ensure staff compliance with company policies and laws regarding safety and food handling
  • operate the business safely
