What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations and smooth service

Lead and inspire front- and back-of-house staff

Ensure high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service

Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control

Handle POS operations, cash management, and shift reporting

Help hire, train, and develop team members
What We’re Looking For

Restaurant management or assistant manager experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory control
