What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations and smooth service

• Lead and inspire front- and back-of-house staff

• Ensure high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control

• Handle POS operations, cash management, and shift reporting

• Help hire, train, and develop team members

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant management or assistant manager experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory control

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
