Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess current Food Handler's and TABC certification prior to starting date
  • Minimum 2-3 years leadership experience in fine dining management
  • Experience working in upscale service environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial management including payroll and P&L analysis
  • Experience with reservation management systems including OpenTable
  • Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in fine dining restaurant management
  • Proven ability to lead a front-of-house team in a luxury dining environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and reservation platforms such as OpenTable
  • Experience in team development, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor management, cost analysis, and revenue optimization
  • Poised and strategic with excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor the front-of-house team including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training efforts to maintain service levels
  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager
  • Execute guest flow, service coordination, and reservation management
  • Maintain presence on the floor to ensure exceptional hospitality
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless operations
