Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a fast food or limited service restaurant preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage daily restaurant operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Commitment to company values of commitment, fairness, honesty, loyalty and respect

- Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of operational standards and business practices

Job Duties
- Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
- Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- Maintain a team atmosphere
- Assist the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Participate in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
- Participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
- Work and communicate effectively with store team including the General Manager, other Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
