Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a fast food or limited service restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lead a team and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to company values of commitment, fairness, honesty, loyalty and respect

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Knowledge of operational standards and business practices
  • Experience with compliance and ethical business practices

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
  • Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Assist the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Participate in interviewing, recommending, selecting and training Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
  • Participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
  • Work and communicate effectively with store team including the General Manager, other Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
