Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • completed high school diploma or equivalent education
  • minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • minimum 2 years experience in recreation fitness retail restaurant hospitality or related high-volume customer service field
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite Teams and point of sale systems
  • availability to work nights weekends and holidays
  • reliable self-motivated coachable and organized
  • ability to remain stationary and move around park for long periods
  • ability to lift and move at least 20 pounds
  • ability to communicate and interact in busy indoor environment

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older and completed high school diploma or equivalent education
  • minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • minimum 2 years experience in recreation fitness retail restaurant hospitality or related customer service field
  • demonstrated success in executing Sky Zones core competencies
  • coachable with eagerness to grow and execute leadership competencies
  • basic proficiency in MS Office Teams and point of sale systems
  • available to work nights weekends and holidays
  • reliable coachable self-motivated and organized

Job Duties

  • Lead by example operating with ethics and integrity
  • assume Leader on Duty role overseeing supervisors team leads and team members
  • become expert in park operations systems safety guest experience people management
  • be a hands-on leader and role model executing every park position
  • support GM in hiring training and onboarding team members
  • manage team member performance and employee relations with GM and HR support
  • schedule team according to park needs including sales parties facilities and maintenance
  • create positive park culture through motivation and recognition
  • provide memorable guest moments managing NPS and feedback
  • drive sales results coach and motivate sales team
  • manage membership experience and organize member events
  • share ideas to increase park profit
  • educate team on KPIs and contribute to park goals
  • assist event coordinator in party sales and park events
  • support party hosts and help plan party experiences
  • liaise with facilities maintenance and corporate teams
  • deliver maintenance reports and ensure park safety and cleanliness
  • assist with inventory facilities parties food and beverage vending
  • oversee safety processes response and reporting
  • complete company safety people operations and food and beverage certifications
