Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience in a similar level managerial role in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and restaurant management software

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize service standards, streamline processes, and maintain an exceptional dining experience
  • Train and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent guest service and uphold the restaurant's high standards
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation, timely service, and adherence to quality standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase revenue
  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance
  • Oversee beverage operations and bar operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, soliciting feedback and addressing any concerns to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the General Manager in budget planning, cost control, and financial management
