Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
- understanding of labor laws and health codes
- experience with safe food handling and sanitation practices
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
