Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
  • understanding of labor laws and health codes
  • experience with safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with general manager to ensure optimal restaurant performance
  • focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • champion change and lead team training and development
  • oversee safe food handling and responsible alcohol service
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
