Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service-related fields
- Demonstrated success in Sky Zone's Core Competencies
- Basic technology proficiency, including MS Office and POS systems
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of lifting and moving at least 20 pounds
- Ability to remain stationary and move around the park for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older and completed high school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in recreation, fitness, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a related high-volume customer service field
- Demonstrated success in executing Sky Zone's Core Competencies
- Coachable with a drive to grow in Sky Zone's Leadership Competencies
- Basic proficiency in technology including MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale systems
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, coachable, self-motivated, and organized
Job Duties
- Lead by example, operating with an elevated level of ethics and integrity
- Assume the role of Leader on Duty and oversee supervisors, team leads, and team members
- Become an expert in park operations, safety, guest experience, and people management
- Support in hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Manage team member performance through accountability and recognition
- Deliver and drive sales results coaching a sales team
- Assist with party and event planning and execution
- Communicate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure a safe environment
- Complete safety, people operations, and food and beverage certifications
- Partner with the General Manager to manage park business goals and key performance indicators
