- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver's license
- Proven experience as a supervisor preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy kitchen

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Assumes responsibility for providing the ultimate guest experience
- Provides a clean, safe environment for guests to dine
- Ensures all guests are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism
- Handles guest issues in a fair and timely manner and provides coaching to team members
- Trains employees to maintain high guest satisfaction and quality standards
- Oversees the restaurant in the operator's absence, maintaining quality assurance and sanitation
- Coaches and trains team members for performance improvement
- Ensures food temperature and safety standards are maintained
- Supports marketing programs and monitors local competition
- Manages inventory, ordering, invoicing, and product tracking
- Leads by example and identifies staffing needs
- Provides development and training to team members
- Holds team members accountable for their performance.
