  • Proven experience as a supervisor preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Job Duties

  • Assumes responsibility for providing the ultimate guest experience
  • Provides a clean, safe environment for guests to dine
  • Ensures all guests are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism
  • Handles guest issues in a fair and timely manner and provides coaching to team members
  • Trains employees to maintain high guest satisfaction and quality standards
  • Oversees the restaurant in the operator's absence, maintaining quality assurance and sanitation
  • Coaches and trains team members for performance improvement
  • Ensures food temperature and safety standards are maintained
  • Supports marketing programs and monitors local competition
  • Manages inventory, ordering, invoicing, and product tracking
  • Leads by example and identifies staffing needs
  • Provides development and training to team members
  • Holds team members accountable for their performance.
