Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in hospitality management or supervisory role
  • cash handling skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • proficiency with front office computer systems
  • availability to work evening shifts
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • prior cash handling experience necessary
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • computer experience required

Job Duties

  • assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations
  • ensure highest level of customer service for all guests
  • manage front office staff and optimize team performance
  • enforce hotel procedures and policies
  • oversee evening shift as Manager On-Duty
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • coordinate with other departments to maintain service quality
