Established as a premier hotel and resort brand, Hyatt prides itself on exceeding high expectations and opening doors to exciting professional opportunities in the hospitality sector. The company fosters a culture where talent is valued and rewarded, creating an environment that encourages growth and development for every team member.

Hyatt Regency Irvine is part of this prestigious network, offering a vibrant and welcoming environment where guests receive authentic hospitality and meaningful experiences. The hotel emphasizes a supportive workplace atmosphere where associates are empowered to deliver outstanding service and create memorable stays for all visitors. Additionally, Hyatt offers a 401(k) plan with a matching contribution, employee stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement programs that promote long-term financial security and professional advancement.

As an Assistant Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Irvine, you will play a critical role in overseeing the front office operations and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Your primary focus will be managing the front desk staff, maintaining cash controls for agents, and monitoring staffing needs to optimize guest services. The Assistant Front Office Manager position is a dynamic opportunity that demands a passion for hospitality and a commitment to fostering exceptional guest relations. Hyatt’s commitment to staff wellbeing is reflected in perks such as complimentary parking, a 20% discount at hotel food and beverage establishments, employee meal privileges in the colleague dining area, and access to employee discount room availability programs. These benefits, combined with paid time off, holiday pay, sick days, and college savings plans, make Hyatt Regency Irvine an outstanding employer offering both professional fulfillment and work-life balance.

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a genuine desire to meet and exceed the needs of others. Hyatt values associates who demonstrate refined verbal and written communication skills and who are comfortable working flexible schedules. While prior experience in a front office supervisory role is preferred, the most important asset is a dedication to providing authentic hospitality and contributing positively to the team-oriented culture at Hyatt.
