Job Description
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a globally recognized luxury hospitality company renowned for its commitment to exceptional service, lavish accommodations, and immersive guest experiences. Established decades ago, Four Seasons has grown to embody the pinnacle of luxury hospitality worldwide, operating a portfolio of elegant hotels, resorts, and residences in premier destinations across the globe. This brand is deeply rooted in the philosophy that true luxury is defined by genuine care, attention to detail, and authentic connections between staff and guests. With a dedicated team of individuals who aim to push boundaries and continually elevate service standards, Four Seasons fosters an inclusive, supportive environment where employees are empowered to create lasting impressions through their work.
Located in the heart of North America’s renowned wine country, the Four Seasons resort offers a unique blend of sumptuous luxury and natural beauty. Nestled within a world-class vineyard in Napa Valley, this resort defines wine country luxury with its Michelin-starred restaurant, innovative seasonal cuisine, and holistic wellness experiences at Spa Talisa. The property is distinguished by breathtaking views, thoughtful design, and personalized service that elevates every guest interaction. The resort’s commitment to hospitality extends beyond guest experiences to build a world-class employee culture, recognizing that the success of the resort depends on inspired, motivated team members.
We are currently seeking a Resort Assistant Manager / Front Office Assistant Manager for this prestigious location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $83,500 annually, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package. The role is pivotal within the Front Office Team and the wider resort operations, requiring a leader who excels in managing guest services and staff to deliver exceptional hospitality. The Assistant Manager will oversee front desk and guest relations operations, stepping in to supervise the entire staff in the absence of senior management. This position demands a hands-on leader who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering a team-oriented environment.
The Resort Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with multiple departments, including sales, catering, and housekeeping, ensuring seamless coordination and smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing guest arrivals and departures, addressing and resolving guest concerns, overseeing billing procedures, and maintaining the highest standards of service. The role requires flexibility as schedules often include weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of hospitality in a luxury resort setting. Candidates must possess at least two years of supervisory experience within rooms division operations and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Experience in luxury resort environments and familiarity with the Napa Valley area are advantageous. This leadership position is an opportunity to join the Four Seasons family, a community dedicated to excellence and genuine service that impacts guests and colleagues alike.
