Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • proficiency with front office software and cash handling
  • ability to work evening shifts
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • one or more years of departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • prior experience with Marriott or equivalent at supervisory level preferred
  • knowledge of GXP and Lightspeed systems a plus
  • ability to independently manage each discipline within the front office
  • prior cash handling experience
  • strong communication skills with guests and team members
  • proficient computer skills

  • assist in managing daily front desk operations
