- minimum 2 years experience in guest services or front desk roles
- OR associate degree in hotel management or related field
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to manage and train front office staff
- proficiency in handling guest complaints and resolving issues
- availability for full-time schedule

- OR 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related field
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- experience with customer service and conflict resolution
- knowledge of front office systems and procedures
Job Duties
- assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions
- supervise front office staff including bell/door staff, switchboard, and front desk
- ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- manage day-to-day operations of front office
- handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
- develop and implement service improvement plans
- maintain compliance with front office policies and credit procedures
