Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years experience in guest services or front desk roles
  • OR associate degree in hotel management or related field
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to manage and train front office staff
  • proficiency in handling guest complaints and resolving issues
  • availability for full-time schedule

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related field
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • experience with customer service and conflict resolution
  • knowledge of front office systems and procedures

Job Duties

  • assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions
  • supervise front office staff including bell/door staff, switchboard, and front desk
  • ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • manage day-to-day operations of front office
  • handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
  • develop and implement service improvement plans
  • maintain compliance with front office policies and credit procedures
