The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager role at River Pointe Country Club is a critical position designed for an experienced, organized, and dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. This position also entails significant operational responsibilities including budget management, cost controls, inventory oversight, and the maintenance of vendor relationships. The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager will enforce compliance with all health, safety, labor, and alcohol service regulations, ensuring that the club operates within the legal framework and maintains its reputable standing. Monitoring service levels and guest satisfaction is paramount, with the Assistant Manager addressing any feedback promptly to uphold the club’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting software
  • Valid food handler's permit or equivalent certification if required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management preferably in a country club or hospitality setting

Job Duties
