- proficiency in Micros and office applications

- strong verbal communication skills

- availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist in managing all food and beverage outlets
- ensure exceptional guest experiences
- oversee scheduling and payroll
- conduct training and coaching of team members
- collaborate with leadership team on daily operations
- manage redesigned Article One - American Grill and Bar, In-Room Dining, and Regency Club Lounge
- maintain operational standards and service quality
