In the role of Food & Beverage Outlet Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a designated F&B outlet during your shift, overseeing daily operations, managing performance and profit objectives, and supporting scheduling and budget adherence. This position is vital for ensuring superior customer service in line with the company’s high standards. You will assist in budget processes, enforce compliance with gaming laws and food safety regulations, and maintain cost control practices. The role requires active leadership in staff development, training, rewards, and recognition programs aimed at maximizing employee engagement and operational efficiency. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact diplomatically with guests, staff, and colleagues are essential to resolving conflicts and enhancing service quality. This supervisory role demands flexibility in working shifts, including nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong numeracy skills are also required. Job Requirements

- minimum two years of supervisory experience
- ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff

- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise food and beverage outlet during assigned shift
- manage daily operations and ensure achievement of performance and profit goals
- adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling issues
- assist in budget process and monitor department compliance
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service standards
- enforce gaming laws and food safety regulations
- assist in maintaining cost control methods and inventory
