Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or hospitality role
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and operating procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing all facets of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service
- Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Room Service Department to meet cultural and core standards
- Be visible in operations to provide recognition and promote good public relations
- Handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
