Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or hospitality role
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and operating procedures
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
  • Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in hospitality management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing all facets of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service
  • Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Room Service Department to meet cultural and core standards
  • Be visible in operations to provide recognition and promote good public relations
  • Handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
