Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or similar role
  • Flexible schedule availability for AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards policies and standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing all facets of the food and beverage outlet ensuring consistent and thoughtful service
  • Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the Hotel's Room Service Department
  • Implement long-range strategic planning for outlet operation
  • Be visible in the operation providing recognition and promoting good public relations
  • Handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts
