Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or similar role
- Flexible schedule availability for AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards policies and standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing all facets of the food and beverage outlet ensuring consistent and thoughtful service
- Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the Hotel's Room Service Department
- Implement long-range strategic planning for outlet operation
- Be visible in the operation providing recognition and promoting good public relations
- Handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts
