Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- Ability to work full time
- Willingness to perform hourly job functions if necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work on site in San Antonio, Texas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related area
- Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 1 year experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
- Supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program
- Operates department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
- Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
- Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to ensure understanding
- Coordinates cleaning program in all food and beverage areas, identifying trends and recommending improvements
- Follows property-specific second effort and recovery plan
- Provides exceptional customer service and acts as a role model
- Manages daily operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Responds proactively to guest concerns
- Reviews guest feedback and implements improvements
