This iconic hotel not only stands as the third tallest building in Boston but also offers unparalleled luxury with 215 spacious guest rooms and suites featuring breathtaking floor-to-ceiling window views across the city. The hotel is equipped with upscale amenities such as The Wellness Floor, a five-star urban spa destination, as well as chic dining options including the trendy One+One brunch hotspot and Trifecta restaurant and cocktail lounge, known for its exceptional cocktails and New England cuisine. Moreover, One Dalton houses more than 160 exquisitely designed private residences that boast unobstructed views of Boston’s skyline, Charles River, Boston Harbor, the Berkshire Mountains, and Cape Cod’s shores.

The role demands strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple operational demands in a dynamic setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of food and beverage experience in a luxury resort setting, preferably with experience in in-room dining or restaurant operations. A thorough understanding of service standards, cost control, labor management, and menu development is essential.
