Job Requirements
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- basic computer proficiency
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in food and beverage
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year supervisory experience within food and beverage operations
- experience as high-volume server or bartender in upscale restaurant
- working knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and spirits
- demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- familiarity with POS systems and reservation management software
- strong communication and leadership skills
- prior hotel and fine dining experience preferred
Job Duties
- supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations
- manage restaurant seating and service flow
- ensure high standards of guest service and quality control
- handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- oversee POS and reservation system usage
- support team training and development
