The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager position at Hilton Motif Seattle is an exciting opportunity to join their newly renovated restaurant, Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional passionate about food and beverage operations who thrives in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the management team in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Working at Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails involves a dynamic schedule that varies to meet business demands, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience within food and beverage operations and a background as a high-volume server or bartender in an upscale setting. This role requires a deep understanding of restaurant floor operations, including seating management, service flow, and quality control. Candidates must be knowledgeable about food, wine, cocktails, and spirits, and familiar with POS systems and reservation management software to handle guest interactions effectively.
