The role available at Bowie House focuses on assisting the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day bar operations and leading a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that the bar operates smoothly, maintains high standards of beverage preparation and presentation, and complies with all relevant legal and company policies. Responsibilities include supervising bar staff, maintaining a strong focus on responsible alcohol service, managing quality control, assisting with budgeting and financial oversight, and addressing guest concerns to ensure a positive and vibrant atmosphere.
