  • provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons and addressing concerns
  • implement and enforce quality control measures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service
  • assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales and controlling costs
  • ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
